1. capsules loading
The elevator will convey empty coffee capsules to automatic sorter
machine. the elevator has a hopper, it can load 2000-3000 pieces
capsules, shortening the time that people add empty capsules into
the machine by hand. Every 1 hour you need to add capsules. And
when lacking capsules, the sorter will send capsules automatically.
2. auger filling
Auger filler is driven by Servo motor.
Constant speed mixing device ensures that the density of coffee
powder is always uniform and there is no cavity in the hopper.
Visualized hopper can be pulled out and moved for easy cleaning.Powder level detection and vacuum feeder convey powder
automatically.
Special filling outlet structure ensures stable weight and no
powder spreading.
3. tamp and clean
Powerful vacuum clean-up device for top edge of capsules/cups to
get a good sealing effect.
Pressure adjustable tamping compacts the powder strongly, when
brewing coffee. It will get a good espresso and extrac more crema.

5. heat sealing

6. output capsules
Before outputing the capsules, there will be a weight checking
machine. You can set the qualified weight of the capsules. Once it
picks the unqualified ones, it will reject it for the second use.
The qualified ones will be picked out to the conveyor belt
automatically.
