This machine is fully automatic. The whole machine adopts 304
stainless steel frame and the glass door not only keep health of
both people and the materials but also you can observe the whole
production processes. Once you open the door when the machine is
opreating, it will set alarms and shut down immediately to avoid
hurting personnel.
The machine has a nitrogen flushing device. From the beginning to
the end, it works all the time to keep the residual oxygen less
than 1%. In this way, the capsules can be prolonged for a longer
time.
With the mobile bin, material replacement and cleaning can be more
convenient. You can change the materials at you will.
