This Compatible Nespresso/K-cup/Lavazza Blue/Dolce Gusto Coffee Capsule Filling and Sealing Machine(Model: SKP-1) of Sunyi Machinery is fully automatic and muti-function coffee capsules filling sealing packaging machinery. With good appearance, stable performance, and most importantly with absolutely competitive lower price, this machine have won a variety of customers at home and abroad.
This machine main body frame adopts painted carbon steel and foodstuff contact part being food grade stainless steel AISI304. This design will meet the entry-level market requirements. However, there’s not a bit of discount on the filling speed or the filling accuracy. On the contrast, the speed will be faster with stable performance because we have updated the control system and applied European brand components(such as Schneider, Siemens, Omron, etc).
Of course, we will still have full stainless steel machine for your choice.

Main Features:

1. This new design linear single lane automatic coffee capsule filling and sealing packing machine is compatible for Nespresso, K-cup, Lavazza, Dolce Gusto, etc.

2. The main machine is applied with vertical type empty capsule feeding method. Manually place the empty capsule stack into a capsule chamber and the capsule seperating device will drop down the empty capsules one by one inside the module.

3. We can also add empty capsule elevator and centrifugal unscrambler to realize the automatic capsule feeding.

4. With Omron brand photoelectric sensor to detect the capsules. If no capsule inside the module, then the latter filling and sealing station will not take action.

5. With servo motor auger filling system, the filling accuracy will be ±0.15g.

6. There's a powder level detect sensor inside the transparent hopper to pump the powder automatically.

7. There's a stepper motor to stir the powder to keep the powder level being flat and relative stable powder pressure.

8. With optionoal Nitrogen flush function from the empty capsule feeding station to the sealing station to keep the coffee powder fresh and maintain coffee shelf life.

9. With optional UV lamp to sterilize the empty capsules before powder filling and with high-voltage anti-static device for better filling accuracy.

10. With powder tamping station to press the powder and clean the capsule rim for better tight sealing.

11. With optional flavor liquid adding device to make the coffee more aroma.

12. With optional weight checking system to recheck each capsule's weight. The overweight or underweight capsule will be rejected out.

13. With servo motor discharge robot arm to output the ready capsule.

14. With optional 1.8m output conveyor.
