Machine Features:

1. With Servo driven or pneumatic driven automatic capsules loading methods, which is based on the capsules shapes.

2. With optional UV sterilization lamp to make the production meet FDA standard.

3. With optional Anti-static device to remove statics that coming with the fresh coffee powder.

4. With automatic vacuum coffee powder feeding device to feed the coffee powder from the storage tank to the machine hopper.

5. With Nitrogen flushing function from the capsule loading staiton to the sealing station; also with Nitrogen flushing into the auger hopper;

6. With Servo motor driving the auger filling system, which can ensure the filling accuracy being ±0.15g

7. With mixing motor to flat the powder level inside the auger hopper.

8. With two kinds of lids types, pre-cut lids or rolled foil lids.

9. With premium good quality brass heat sealing module, the sealing effect is pretty good.

10. With automatic swing arm to pickup the ready capsules out.

11. With optional weight checking system

12. The capsule without lids or not filling capsule will be rejected out automatically.

13. The vibration top lids feeding machine will sort and feed the top cover, with a swing arm to pickup and drop onto the capsule top.

14. With overhead top cover closing machine.

Additional Options:

1.Remote Controller: if any program system errors when running the machine at customer's plant, we can modify the program at our factory remotely.

2. Auger Powder Feeder: this is used to convey the coffee powder to the small auger hopper. Or, we can use vacuum powder feeder.

3.Automatic sorter machine: this machine is used to sorting and feeding the empty capsules automatically.
