This nespresso coffee capsule filling and sealing machine can be
equipped with individual process modules for a wide range of
applications. It is of great ease to change the mould for different types using on the same machine. It can inject the unqualified products automatically. You can fill
in liquid, powder and granule materials, such as coffee powder,
milk powder, tea, yogurt and other materials at you will.

• With nitrogen filling device, it creates a low-pressure
environment. When the nitrogen source pressure and flow rate meet
the conditions, the residual of Oxygen will be reduced to less than
1% in the capsule, so that the fresh coffee is sealed and wrapped
by highly pure nitrogen;
•The remote control system, to a great extent, solves the problem
of international PLC and HMI inconsistency of the software
installed on the PC side. Moreover, the customer can observe the
condition of the parameter value of the machine, the failure rate

Usages of the single lane lavazza coffee capsule filling and
sealing rotary machine
1. cup loading
The elevator will convey empty coffee capsules to automatic sorter
machine. It can load 2000-3000 pieces capsules, shortening the time
that people add empty capsules into the machine by hand. Every 1
hour you need to add capsules. And when lacking capsules, the
sorter will send capsules automatically.
2. auger filling
Auger filler is driven by Servo motor.
Constant speed mixing device ensures that the density of coffee
powder is always uniform and there is no cavity in the hopper.
Visualized hopper can be pulled out and moved for easy cleaning.
Powder level detection and vacuum feeder convey powder
automatically.
Special filling outlet structure ensures stable weight and no
powder spreading.
3. tamp and clean
Powerful vacuum clean-up device for top edge of capsules/cups to
get a good sealing effect.
Pressure adjustable stamping, it compacts powder strongly, when
brewing coffee, it will get a good espresso and extrac more crema.
4. roll films
With an eyemark, it can make sure that the logo is on the capsule's
center. Cutting and sealing in one step will realize lids to close
capsule's top precisely.
5. heat sealing
After the first cutting and sealing top lids, there has a double
sealing station, to guarantee lids sealing reach 100% without any
problem, and no capsules leak gas. Thus can keep coffee aroma.
6. output
The mechanism arm will pick finished capsule out from machine's
mold,and place it on the 1 meter conveyor, it outfeed capsules
steadily. The conveyor will be easily to second package and go into
boxes.
