Machine Features of Dolce Gusto Coffee Capsule Filling Sealing Packaging Machine:

1. With automatic dolce gusto capsule feeding and sorting machine to turn the capsule inline for automatic capsule loading into the machine modules.

2. With automatic swing arm to pick up the capsules and drop them into the modules automatically

3. UV lamp to sterilize the empty capsules for FDA standard

4. Anti-static device to remove static for a much more clean dosing environment and a better filling accuracy.

5. Automatic vacuum powder feeding system to load the coffee powder automatically.

6. With whole Nitrogen flushing tunnel from the capsule feeding to the sealing station.

7. With world popular schneider Servo auger filling system, which ensures a better filling accuracy.

8. With a powder mixing system to flat the powder level inside the auger hopper.

9. With two kinds of lids options, pre-cut lids or die-cutting lids and the rolled foil lids.

10. With capsule top rim cleaning function to make sure the sealing is tight and good.

11. With premium quality brass heat sealing module and famous Omron temperature control module, the sealing effect is pretty good.

12. With automatic swing arm to pickup the ready capsules out automatically.

13. With optional weight checking and rejection system to reject out the unqualified products.

14. With flavor liquid injection system to make the coffee taste better.

15. The capsule without lids or not filling capsule will be rejected out automatically.

Additional Options:

1. Remote Controller: if any program system errors when running the machine at customer's plant, we can modify the program at our factory remotely.

2. Flavor adding device:This is a small liquid pump, we can drip a little bit in the capsules, which can change the taste of coffee easily.

3. Auger Powder Feeder: this is used to convey the coffee powder to the small auger hopper. Or, we can use vacuum powder feeder.

4. Automatic sorter machine: this machine is used to sorting and feeding the empty capsules automatically.
