Application of the K-Cup Capsule Inner Nonweaven Filters Sealing Machine:

This machine is used to weld the Nonweaven Filters onto the bottom of the capsules, which is used to seal the capsule bottom for better filtering effect. This design is benefit to filter the big coffee/tea powdery products.

Machine Features of the K-Cup Capsule Inner Nonweaven Filters Soldering Packaging Machine:

1. With automatic elevator and the vibration machine to sort and feed the empty plastic capsules inline the conveyor in one order;

2. With swing armer to pickup and drop the capsules into the machine modules accurately and automatically.

3. With servo motor unwinding the nonweaven rolls and punching and sealing the filter onto the capsule bottom.

4. With Ultrasound or Heat sealing technologies, the sealing effect will be better and better outlooking surface.

5. With servo motor driving the discharge armer to pick up and drop the finished capsules onto the exterior conveyor.
