Fully-Automatic Coffee Capsules Filling and Sealing Machine It is suitable for all kinds of capsules. You only need to do an easy model change.
According to different cups, you can choose vertical cup dropping system, horizontal cup sending system, vibration cup sending system and automatic cup sending system.

capsule by PLC, adjust filling weight on the touchscreen.
Press down the powder after filling process to remove the overflow powder to get a flat surface. Meanwhile, this device will suck the remaining powder on capsule’s rim to SMC filter Jar, so that get good sealing effect.
Vacuum sucker will Pick lids from stack, and place precut lids on the top of capsules. It can load 2000 pieces precut lids. it can dispense lid one by one,and place lids on the capsule's top precisely, guarantee lids in the center of capsule.
Pneumatically driven 4 heat seal foil device. OMRON temperature control module ,adjust temperature on the command operation panel. This second heat sealing station can make sure the
sealing surface more tight and flat and beautiful.
Pneumatic driving swing arm will pick up the finished capsules outside. Real-time monitoring, automatically reject
incorrect product to waste bin.only reject no lids sealing, no filling product.
